But it doesn’t matter how it was back then because 10.1 will be different. And if you didn’t know something doesn’t matter means it’s irrelevant. We are talking about the future. Past is long gone stop the cap.
When your literal post is speaking about the past, and that’s being replied to, then no, we weren’t speaking about the future at the time.
You weren’t in the post I replied to, but it’s okay, you’re evidently dense as a mofo, so no point trying to have a discussion with you when you’re incapable to even read your own initial post.
It do be like that at times, however, it’d be hard pressed to argue there isn’t some truth to it lately, as we’ve never seen a spec be rerolled and take over a ladder like this, it’s been close, but not quite as bad.

Past in regards to the future. I tried to take what was in the past and considering changes predict what will be the future. 10.1 won’t be BFA because it’s not BFA and there were some changes made. What is too hard to understand? I know many Warriors who actually like more smooth Haste gameplay rather than spiky Crit gameplay with longer GCD etc.
That is exactly the point why they are reducing crit to 50% again. They want the game to be less bursty.
It’s as passive buff especially for Arms though and I don’t think that they need that. They should redesign most classes that are designed around burst, to have way higher sustained and less burst then or some other sort of compensation. For example an anti MS effect.
