PvP dmg/heal reduction BUGS

Hello,
I’ve run into a few interractions which i believe were not intended.

  1. Divine Storm Healing gets reduced twice.
    Divine Storm heals 25% of the damage it deals. In PvP it does 30% reduced damage to enemy players and heals for 17.5% (25%*0.7). In PvE 1000 damage Divine Storm Heals for 250. In PvP same DS deals 700 damage and heals for 122 (700 * 0.25 * 0.7).
  2. Seal of Martyrdom reflect damage doesn’t get reduced
    Paladins take damage equal to 10% of the damage they deal with SoM. But reflect damage is not reduced by PvP reduction at all. In PvE 1000 damage Judgement would deal 100 damage to the paladin. In PvP same judgement deals 700 damage but still does 100 damage to the paladin.
