PVPer’s didn’t want to feel like they needed to do PVE to gear up. So this was the solution.
Personally, I think they should put the same kind of Gear scaling difference between Raiding and M+. I don’t want to feel I need to raid to do M+.

The issue is, blizzard wanted to fix a issue where pve gear became the go to for pvp, and pvp players werent happy.
When they reversed this. Pvers started buying pvp boosts to gear for pve, which ruined gameplay for pvpers.
So they put pvp gear to work seperately from pve to solve this issue.

Basically, you want to pve, then pve.
Don’t get into my M+20+ with your pvp experience which is worth as much in pve as my pvp experience.

Its called separating PvP gear from PvE and vise versa. Which is why PvP gear scales to 424 in Arena and BGs and is usually superior to PvE gear unless said PvE gear has the right stat combinations on that ilvl with PvPers also being able to make PvP Tier sets through the catalyst.

People complain about pvers pvping. But want pvp to incentivized to pvers

You don’t need gear in pvp, since it’s only purely skill based. There is no reason really, pvp’ers should get ilvl300 pvp set which scales to 600ilvl in arena/bg, and be happy with it. Why pvp content should give high ilvl gear for pve?
Last time I checked - you cannot pvp with m+ gear, so why should pvp gear be useable in keys above 10?

And I forgot to comment about the 2400 rated pvp player who is equivalent to a m+ player doing M+13s. Well. It’s not equivalent. The dude who do the M+13 usually know the dungeon, the routes, the mobs better.

2400 pvp rated players got more skills then a dungeon hero to start with.

In PvP yes without a shred of doubt. However being good in PvP doesnt automatically make you good in PvE or vise versa. Stopped counting the amount of Gladiators my guilds had to kick in the past because of how awful they were in PvE.

Just saying pvp peps is better overall, in dungeons u just need to learn the dungeon that’s it.

Reducing the complexity of M+ to simply “learning the dungeon” is equivalent to reducing PvP to “just having to know when to CC”.

Eeeh ur trying to boil this down.
But at the same time the pvp community say there are litteral classes that “boost” you in content.
So if pvp can be easymoded with X class, why is it hard to do so?
PvP is as hard as the opponent makes it, and as hard as u make it urself, u can just play the fotm and just win by simple balance advantage.
Now that maybe not true but its weird pvp players say this, and then in the next sentence say wow pvp csn carry yoy providing u fotm reroll.

Well yes, but the game becomes harder in all catagories in that aspect.
I assure u, playing survival hunter as a main ti climb to +25 m+ or mythic raid, is alot harder then picking a meta class and pulling ur weight.
Difficulty is down to so many factors, not to mention pvp is a extremely different skill set.
I dont think a argument over “which ones harder” is a healthy discussion, i think pvp and pve being very seperate is a good thing.
Next step would be seperate talent trees for the 2 game modes so proper pvp balancing snd design can happen.

Pay for what, i did not pay for anything in pvp lol.
Solo is solo means i can do it myself.
If u talking about mythic+ yea i did buy all 20s becouse to lazy

I got no time to farm keys and stuff i am achiv + honor lvl guy, it eats my time.
