This week i have discovered, by accident, quite a few things I did not know.
I didnt realise how easy it was to farm bloody tokens in world pvp
I didnt realise crate farming was a thing and i capped out my conquest.
I didnt realise you could gem pvp gear and how easy it was to do it.
Now that I have conquest cap i started crafting gear and filling out slots. However, i made a mistake on 2 pieces of crafted gear and now they are wasted pieces.
I had used my catalyst changes on pve gear too early in the season and now im at a disadvantage. I know its nerfed but it doesnt feel good that i have to wait over a month to finish of the set.
With that i stumbled on some pvp gearing guides and i feel like ive wasted my time and resources. I feel like theres no room for error in gearing. Why does it need to be this difficult. There needs to be more help in game.
The good thing is i havent made the mistake on my alt so i can do it right on that character.
The other thing ive noticed is ive done all this without doing a single bit of PVP. I now face the 30 min plus queue times just to play.
Takes a lot? Remember wrath and tbc gear requirement?
PvP gearing right now is easiest it was.
You can get full honor geared in a day.
You donât like doing bgs or arenas for conquest gear? Fine , there are warmode crate groups on both sides so you can farm conquest and bloody tokens so fast.
Back in wrath where you needed 35k honor for single off piece and more for main piece took so long.
I mean yes itâs easy but takes time to get just one gem. If you donât buy bloodstones, then you need to grind 12.5k honor just for 1 gem slot. 37.5k honor for 3 gems.
Yes but again, that requires a hell of a lot of honor, which takes time to grind.
Iâm talking about the gems here, not the gear itself.
