I am still searching a main for shadowlands. I will play casual bgs so i want to be mobile and tanky when focused by two melees for ex. I like affliction playstyle and locks got 2 teleport abilities which helps with mobility. Are they tanky enough for pvp and do you recommend affliction?
For tanky style your in the wrong forum. Warlocks greatest weakness is mobility and tankyness

Porting is nice, sure, but in the end warlocks are the only class that are literally stuck with regular walking speed all the time (Burning Rush competes with a superior talent).
It’s incredibly easy to catch up to a fleeing lock unless they exploit terrain somehow with their ports.
affliction and tanky in the same sentence doesn’t happen.
We are squishy and while we can kite a few classes, when you face a WW monk you will see what i mean.
Is affli any better on beta? I’m already annoyed I’m being forced to reroll specs for the first time.
So is destro going to be the best spec then?

Then you need a healer, in 3vs i guess Affliction will be stronger than destruction. But in 2vs the burst of destruction will be better
