PVP: is my pve covenant a problem?

Hey there, I’ll try to make it short:

I mainly play pve (Vengeance), even though I love pvp, I never really played over 1800.
The problem is (thanks blizzard btw) I need to pvp if I really want to otimise my gear for m+ or it’s gonna take ages with the great vault only.

I am kinda new to havoc, especially in pvp and when I check guides, everything seem to work around the night fae ability “the Hunt” but I am raiding mythic and doing m+ so I need my covenant.

I’d like to know, from people who have experience as DH in arena (or veng in BGs) how problematic is it to not be night fae and at which level it starts to be a problem?

Hey I feel you, but night fae is absolute a must for both havoc and vengence PvP. Without the hunt you can basically not force any cds by faking or landing it.

The flicker blink is also way too good to pass on in PvP for both vengence and havoc. Also keep in mind the hunt has a 50 yard range which is huge for PvP arena and as FC vengence

I know it sucks were forced to be night fae for PvP while suffering in pve as havoc…

If you play not higher than 2100 rating you are absolutely fine with kyrian/venthyr…
Ofc with NF all can be bit easier…
Try to hit 1800 / 2100 rating and upgrade your pvp gear with honor…
