which is currently the best legendary for arenas?
I see most people running burning wounds, but to me it feels like collective anguish or chaos theory do more damage.
Can someone explain to me why most people are running it and what are the benefits?
It is just to good single target and AOE dmg. Pair it with Immolation aura conduit and apply burning wound to everyone in arena/or even in any pve and you will get the point.
Collective anguish should be the best healing but necrolord spells are doing that already so there is no really point.
Chaos theory these days is only good in theory
