It amazes me that so many care for PvP and feel the need to constantly complain, instead of just… i dono… playing a proper PvP game?

It amazes me that some people feel the need to complain about others complaints on the absurd, lazy, imbalanced state of the game, including PvP that is completely valid aspect of WoW which has pvp instances, events and unique dual factions at war system unlike most other games of any genre

Any player has the right to enjoy PvP and it is a responsibility of the game developer to make it fair, fun and fresh, if they decide to keep it as part of their the game

Being ”competative” or wanting to show that you are ”better” than someone or can beat them is rather dull, So it’s weird to put so much attention on it.

This is not only PvP but PvE too with parsing and stuff. Except that PvP makes sense to be competitive(within reason), just like a board game or basketball where teams or individuals challenge eachother to display their skills, intellect etc. Every match or duel is a unique experience bcs players can have different playstyles or react differently. In PvE it makes absolutely no sense to show your raid group or anyone for that matter that you did the #1 dmg when that whole team was there to do their part. Not to mention that boss mechanics can be reactive and not related to you needing to do damage and some classes are by definition supports. So logging is basicly eitheir egoing your own group or proving to other raid groups how much they would miss having you. What’s the point of that?
