I’m trying to add sockets for 2-3 weeks now on my alt and it doesn’t work.
Item name: Crimson Gladiator’s Amulet.
Item enchantment name: Tiered medallion setting tier 2 x2 and tier 3 x1
Doesn’t wanna be put in any order and worked fine on my main.
So the question is, is this a bug or did they change something?
It’s a bug. You should be able to add sockets to PvP necks, but there are plenty reports of necks not being able to be socketed. Not sure if those all were obtained in the same week or something.
I’m not sure if there’s a solution other than repurchasing the neck and socket it immediately (read about someone who managed to do this after having a bugged necklace).
Next week the conquest cap will be removed so I guess it’s not a big issue for long anymore.

Removal of the conquest cap is quality of life change.
I hope they also let us change all items into pve set without being time locked.
