PVP needs a 5v5 Control point game mode

Pretty simple, gives us 3 objectives on a map you gotta fight over and capture them to gain points. Ofcourse the ones with most points wins, but by doing that i think we get a way better competive, environment than what we have now with 2v2 3v3 RBG.

Also by doing it like that u can fit every role.
1 Tank 3 DPS 1 Heal

But tbh just steal gw2 pvp and put it into wow.

battleground game modes i would like to see

  • King of the hill ( defend a focal point on the map to gain points, take in turns to defend)
  • control point ( defend points around the map)
  • rescue / escort ( escort or rescue an npc from oppositions base/ camp )
  • team deathmatch ( most kills wins after 20minute timer )
  • domination ( like alterac valley but more about who has more bases at the end )

I’d love to see that type of bg, sadly last bg we received was back in 2018 if I am not mistaken, it’s completely unbelievable how pvpers get nothing in this game in comparison to pvers .

Yeah it’s kinda sad to look how pvp went downhill but yeah a 5v5 game mode with control points would be perfect

I quite enjoyed the 5v5 PvP control point mode in Neverwinter. Blizz has taken so much from other games, might as well add that mode to PvP too.

They make new maps for Arena. Like, it had more than 1% importance where the pillars are positioned in that class-based deathmatch format :roll_eyes:

We need new BG maps with new objectives!

It doesn’t even have to be a completely new BG.

Just new maps for existing BGs already removes much of the boredom. They don’t have to reinvent the wheel, really.
