PvP nerfs from Legion and BFA are still in effect. Oversight or intended? I know that most others got removed with SL.
Especially with this meta I don’t understand why Cold Heart and Frostwyrm’s Fury barely does a dent.
Even Breath of Sindragosa is still reduced by 50%.
Cant allow frost dk to have insane frostwyrm fury 30k critical hits, once every 3 minutes, that is if it crits, are you mad?
But chaos bolts, ferocious bites, skeletor frostbolts doing the same thing back to back with no cooldown is perfectly fine 
It’s because it’s an AoE ability, that has a Legendary that gives it a stun and a 50% CD reduction. So we kinda understand why it is reduced in PvP
The other remnants of BfA PvP balance though…
But 20 - 30k divine storms are ok? Feral afk 4 piece aoe damage, warlock aoe chaos bolts etc.
But FWF critting over 20k nononononono BAD.
a 70% flat damage nerf is too much when you could make it deal less damage to secondary targets.
Balance in SL has kinda been messed up the entire time.
