So I’ve been trying to find the answer online, but nothing has been clear on what answer I’ve been trying to look ask.
In Rated PvP, do the Rated Points combine?
For Example, if I have 500 points in 2v2, and then 600 in 3v3, will it combine into 1100 points to let me become Combatant I ranked?
I want to know because I really want to level up my Conquest gear, but I cannot till I reach Combatant I.

No, the current rating in each bracket (2v2, 3v3, 10v10) does NOT combine sadly so you would have to reach the rating in each bracket to achieve combatant.
Aww man. That sucks. I’ve been stuck on 700 for a week now, but I cannot upgrade my gear any higher till I reach 1000.
Is there an easier way to get your rating up other then 2v2 or 3v3?
(Because I’m at a point where I loose more points then earn points for winning.)
In rated battlegrounds you generally can’t lose CR until like 1200 I think so that could be a great start if you want to reach that rating! The issue is that in the beginning of a season you will face very many hard teams but just keep playing and I am sure you will reach it!
That would be nice. But all the Rated Battleground Premades only want those above Combatant I or higher. All the ones that are unranked still decline.
Its a loose loose, especially when I’m not even given the chance.
For sure I understand that. Finding a group can be the hardest part of climbing. My suggestion would be to get full honor gear (max rank) and then either start your own groups or find some friends. I know it is a struggle but once you meet some nice people it should be really fun for you!
My gear as as maxed as I can get it. All honor maxed, 4 conquests, and I only have 1 friend.

I am sure you will be able to get it. There is a struggle but you will fight your way there! Try to meet some other people in random battlegrounds and build your friend group! There are always people out there willing to help / learn together. 
I have to disagree with you regarding ppls willingness to help. I’ve come across the same barrier for the last three weeks. LFG is toxic and elitist with CR XP requirements. You constantly get declined.
I agree that LFG has a lot of toxicity and I am sad to see that in game 
Although I do find that sometimes maybe (1-2)/10 people do try to help even if those are rare finds.
There are low CR groups, but it’s probably best to avoid rated until you have at least full upgraded honor gear because most groups are geared.
