What server should i join as allince pvper? Wanna enjoy rated bg/ world pvp/ arenas, and i will be looking for guild/ community who wanna join pvp as well, gonna main sv hunt/ mw monk. RN im on silvermoon
Does not matter.
Players of all realms are able to join guilds of all realms and even both factions. The AH is connected. World PvP are connected shards. There are no PvP or PvE servers anymore, instead there is a toggle you can enable to be phased into what was a PvP server.
You can send gold and items from all characters to all characters, across servers and factions.
By old standards it would be Ravencrest, it is a former PvP server with 99% alliance.
Silvermoon has 99% alliance as well and is a former PvE server, it is bigger than Ravencrest.
Browse for yourself https://www.wowprogress.com/realms/rank/eu. Filter by population, sort by alliance. This numbers are estimates.
This toon is on the biggest horde server in EU, it has <1% alliance and it does not matter at all. My arena mates are from different servers, you can group up with them regardless of faction. You access the connected AH.
Only SW and IF are empty, but today thats only cosmetic anyway.
Theres no pvp/pve realms anymore on the concept as used to be but Ravencrest and Silvermoon have big population of players for alliance and Draenor and Kazzak have big population of players for horde. Pick one of these if you prefer large server.
I used to play on ravencrest to make friend to pvp with but even if there are more pvp guild it’s only people that already got friends (such as r1 or multi glad) and the other low exp people and both never ever ask to play.
Then I’m back on LA croisade écarlate realm And do better than in pvp realm just cause people are more chill.
So it doesn’t matter that much from my experience.
ravencrest for pvp,
silvermoon for pve
for alliance
