Weekly maximum cap.
You cannot earn more than 550 per week.
Missed conquest transfers over to the next week.
Essentially you never lose out if you skip playing for a week/month, the points will be waiting for you to earn them.
That sounds good if you start PvP next month, not in next reset lol.
Sweet, so when are we getting an LFD-style queuing system for either Rated Battlegrounds or Rated Arena?

Keep in mind you only buy a slot “Once” and then keep upgrading it based on your skill bracket with honor.
what do you mean? I can spam 200+ m+ and get insane gear at week 1 LOL

And in any other competitive PvP game, gear isn’t a factor. Only skill is.

Major concerns:
- mythic plus on the first week provides 15 ilvl higher gear comparing to honor gear upgrade cap and is spammable, hence there is an obvious disparity. Solution is to exclude renown level 22 requirement for full honor gear upgrade.
- pvp weapons are locked behind 5000 conquest points cap, so getting weapon takes 10 weeks. Solution is to lower cap on pvp weapons making it 2000-2500 or gate it behind 2100 cr.

The only issue i see with the current system is the weapon being locked behind an achievment. That dont make no sense. Its already more expensive than the other items so there is already somewhat of a timegating there

The system is legit stupid. It means you cant get a weapon for 9 weeks and that you cant get higher than 184 for I think 6 weeks from BGs. So I guess we rely 100% on the vault from pvp and then spamming m+ to gear

So it’s going to take 4 weeks to get the ilvl200 conquest weapon and then another 10 weeks to upgrade it to ilvl226? And that’s just the weapon. How long is this season going to last, man?

You act as if gear was always locked behind rating.
It happened in WOTLK, sure, but there have been more WoW expansions without a rating requirement.
Progression can happen through cosmetic rewards. That’s why elite sets and gladiator mounts exist.

No, you cant buy a weapon til you’ve earned 5000 conquest. That takes 9 weeks.

I like the fact that we can upgrade the gear with honor, but seriosly, this Conquest cap is a joke. On week one we can get…a neck or a finger. Takes 10 weeks to get a weapon. This means if we are to stay competitive we are forced to do PVE. Let’s be real here. Normal raids are not hard at all and you can easily gear with 200item level gear. Meanwhile if you spam 10s of bgs you can barely get 184, and one (yes, one) tiny,tiny item from arena. It seems to me if i want to gear though pvp it’s just better to wait 4 months. Why, why can’t we just have the old system from WOTLK/Cata, it was great, why did you have to remove that in the first palce,only to replace it with RNG box of no fun? Really, just put the old system back, right now it feels like we have pvp vendors just for the sake of having a vendor.

not sure if u know but u could get every offpart for honor in wotlk, arenapoints(cp) were only required for 5/5 set and weapon now u need 6months to get full gear and 1 week is gonna barely be enough for finger XD

Yeah last expansion it was behind mythic raid
Looks good, now all we need is them to bring Sub, Retri and Mm back in line so people dont die in 2 seconds as current state of PvP balance is worse than Diablo 3.
