Hello all PVP players. I came back in December last year to WoW and i don’t see old classic PVP servers? I personally is not a pvp gamer, i have tried it in a lot of MMO’s but my question is as my topic says. What happen to those servers? I also miss PVP-RP servers.
It is called War Mode, now. players on every realm can turn War mode on and experience world PvP. It is different from PvP on on ex PvE servers because you can only turn it on in main cities: Stormwind and Ogrimmar. You can turn it off in every Inn, though but not in the open world.
Having WM on gives you extra bonus on experience, golds, reputation etc. Hordes get 10% while Alliance gets 20% down from 30%.
What Dashia said - also the WM is only sharded with the RP-servers.
The old RP-PVP servers er now just RP.
the pvp servers took an arrow to the knee so they called in there substitute called war mode
I know about War mode works but i guess a old timer like me of WoW was surprised when i notice about these servers no longer existed. hehe. : )
I was on a 50/50 faction balanced pvp server, Defias, before wm. Wpvp was fun at the time, but so much better now. I play late at night, and you can almost guarantee a fight. Wheras in Legion, I really had to look hard to find other max levels in open world. So much better now, wpvp is awesome fun in wm. I’m glad they dropped pvp servers.
