PvP Trinkets

What if there were pvp trinkets with 2-3 min cd that removes all cc?
Or just make the trinkets that already in the game available to all classes.
Some1 might want to remove stuns and not charms and polymorphs or some1 else wants to remove slows.
So if the trinkets that remove everything you believe that they re gonna break the game (something that i dont think its true) just let us choose which Trinket we want.
love to hear ur thoughs

Scratching my head what would be a benefit to make trinkets more specific outside of the current crowd control groups?

Why restrict classes to not be able to trinket a stun?

I think you would start getting into a class game play and negatively affect that, especially if the let’s say stuns are core part of that class game play.

Well that is not true because there are potions that remove stuns slows etc.
So there wont be a problem to just do that.
Its just a more balanced pvp system where u dont need to be stacked on potions to be competitive.

Maybe you answered yourself. Making both options available would be too OP so it is restricted to one item rather two, keeping the balance in the game?

Plus the fact that actually it is an item at extra cost makes it a competitive advantage with an upfront cost.

No because in case they implement ranked BGs those potions wont be available so its a great balance on that part of the game.
Also in dueling its stupid to have to use potions while other classes dont have to just because their trinket allows them to trinket stuns or slows.
Will it make the game worse for the trinkets to be balanced and remove all cc? dont think so its gonna make it better.

Did you say that at the current state of the game a rogue would engage me, remove my trap via trinket and wipe me out ? How about no :slight_smile: /the same goes for all melee classes /

I fully support the suggestion to implement the mechanics of TBC.
Though the reason is not about balancing issues, but because I like to play multiple chars and I am just to stupid to remember the specifics of each class trinket…

considering everything is getting new runes that add additional mechanics to every class, it is naive to think pvp trinkets wont be adjusted to compensate

i wold keep them the way they are , yes 5 min is kinda annoying but its part of game to not have everything all the time, even pala LOH is 1h cd, thats like one use per whole raid . gotta use it wise …

Now if they decide to do some kinds of arenas, then we might talk, because i can see it making lot more sense there , but they will need to change a lot of stuff along with it, so might as well not happen .

well you also can trinket a stun(instead of w8ing his full 8-9 seconds of rogues stun lock) or u can trinket a blind.

Dude the game is changed its not wow classic…the dmg some classes can do is crazy ,every1 should have something to fight against.you can’t let a rogue to be able to stun u for 9 seconds while doing insane dmg with no counterplay.
Trinkets are needed 10000%
Rogue can stun u 9sec them blind and repeat.0 skill 0 counterplay by classes that don’t have trinkets stun.
