My last wow retail expansion was Cataclysm, and I want to play through maps and stories that I haven’t tried so far and since I’m thinking I’ll hang to that for month or two.
So … Idk how to phrase question, is there audience for level 70 BG and arenas?
What should I look out for if I want to do PvP without War within expansion?
Edit: my friend has war within, can we do PvP if he is 80 and I’m 70?
You can do battlegrounds and skirmish together with your friend on lvl 70 via group sync, you can just invite him and que for these two options and he will be downscaled to 70 when you enter.
On lvl 70 I have no idea how long the waiting time is tho, since lvl 71-79 is different to 70.

Your post name reminded me of BfA trailer where it show big battle but the truth was it was lame expansion with pve mindset.
Well I like PvP, so I was wondering will I have something to play when I hit lol 70, with new expansion in full swing, or should I just do story line quests
