After getting in touch with a GM about this, they thought it was a bug and told me to report it here. The thing is the quest isnt showing up for me on any toons and thats weird since I completed it twice. Did a lot of googling on the subject and I’m not the only one. Did the die and res solution but it’s still not showing up and it’s annoying since it’s the only on left for a achiv. Any solutions please?

The GM would have been referring to the bug report forums in the US region. Please note that you will need to level a free starter edition character to level 10 if you don’t already have one there.

That said, a few things you’ll want to check/try first:
- Make sure you have Warmode turned on
- Actually travel to Azj-Kahet, rather than checking while in another zone
- Make sure you’ve completed the weekly quest to choose a severed threads pact.
- Keep in mind the quest is on a rotation and may not be available every day, so it could be a while before you see it
