QoL for Druid Efflorescense rune

A part of the rune quest Wisdom of the guardians is to get cursed and poisoned and cure your self whilst having the buff Duty of the warden.

Mobs who curse/poison are at the level ~40-44 range so as a level 60 their chance of hitting is very low.

QoL change: Add a 100% hit chance for the Gordunni warlock Shrink spell and Zukk’ash wasp poison while buffed with Duty of the warden (ID=446448)

Not necessarily a big deal as sooner or later they will land their attacks, but tagging and holding mobs from others while they’re questing seems like a design flaw.

thats a buff, not “quality of life”.
please learn the difference.

quality of life is stuff like instant mail, more bank space, faster travel on taxis, warlock summon stones.

things that specifically has no impact on combat.
