Quality of experience changes with dummies

Here are some two proposals.

In the rooms with dummies you can reset alll your cooldowns. If you want to train a rotation and you do a mistake there is no point in waiting 3 mins for you cd to come back

Tank-based dummy should not be able to kill you but bring you back to 1 health.

I love this suggestion every time it comes up.

Nothing worse than having to wait for everything to cooldown when you’re testing on dummies.
