Why are bad crafters allowed to ruin 
materials provided, if i buy i want the result to be the best possible, yet public crafts allow crafters with hands growing out of their rear to ruin them.
make result guaranteed or allow quality selection in public orders.
Craft it yourself if you are that bothered?
I don’t think it makes sense to have a maxed out profession, have the highest quality profession equipment, using the highest quality mats, and still having to rely on RNG or use insight just to guarantee the highest quality result.
So it’s not “bad crafters”, we literally cannot guarantee the max quality without spending our own insight or getting lucky with a inspiration.
