Not sure if this is the right place to talk about it, but I see a lot of people reporting in game issues here.
Anyway … I see no one else talking about this one so I decided to post about it and bring it up. I can’t be the only one with this problem.
The quartermaster npc’s at obsidian throne are inaccessible. They are there and can click them, but they do nothing. Can’t access vendor. I believe they are also the npc’s you hand reputation items to. Can’t do that either.
Last night they still worked for me and then suddenly at morning they didn’t.

having the same issue. One time they work, few mins later they don’t.
I wasn’t certain of its cause before, but now I am.
Today new world quests appeared in the area. I went there and the quartermasters were working. I did the wq’s and they stopped working.
Things to note.
I had two wq’s up. One of them was clearly bugged and had not been visible. It was one from few days ago that looked complete (grayed out killed mob). I came to the area and it immediately completed.
Another was to kill the giants.
There was also the blacksmith thing that offers you weapons. It has been up the entire time i have had this bug. Once you complete everything it seems to trigger its starting announce again. It is clearly behaving oddly unlike the two world quests. I believe it to be the problem. How? No idea?
Next time when the quartermasters work again, I will not pick up the very useful weapons the blacksmith stuff offers and see if it bugs out the quartermasters again.
I have the same problem since few hours! Anyone can help?

Also having this issue as of an hour ago. Bonus objectives also do not pop up for my character like they should so killing the rare after the 20 hand ins doesn’t give any rep.
