So, we were attempting Queenie last night on HC, and we got her down to 24-36% on a few attempts, but some of them we were dying for no apparent reason - that was until I managed to get a wee recording of Queenie applying the Gloom Hatchlings to one of our Hunter’s Pets. Both tanks were alive when the big swirly happened.

I have uploaded a bug report, but this is also somewhat here to potentionally ease other players minds, that they haven’t lost the plot, and this could happen to their groups too.

We also had that problem in numerous tries.
When we kicked the hunter for other reasons, it instantly stopped happening, and 2 tries later she was dead.
Post raid brief, it turns out the hunter had growl on all night and never turned it off, but our tanks just sucked it up and didn´t say anything because it wasn´t a problem for them to watch the pets die and drop aggro back to them that way… that´s when we realizes that that´s “probably” what caused the Gloom Hatchlings to be cast on the pets, beca8use the other hunter´s pets didn´t have the same problem, nor did the felguards or dreadstalkers… . 
Ahh right - I shall pass this on to the hunters - it might be that, who knows - but thank you for the response
