Quel’dorei High Elves as an Alliance allied race - 2024 (Part 1)

It’s like discussing with someone who has dementia. xD

  1. No,
  • -2800 BDP ; Trolls wars, quel’dorei fight with Arathor kingdom against trolls.
the war was about 2-3 years of fights

  • 5-6 ADP : 2nd war for 1-2 years of fight with, kingdom of Quel’thalas left the alliance for the good and never return

  • 20-21 ADP : 3rd war, (warcraft 3) . Quel’thalas Kingdom is not in the alliance, only few high elves mercenaries from the 2nd war fought with the alliance. ~ 1-2 years

quel’dorei were independant for more than ~ 2800 years
fought with others → 5-6 years

so for ~ 99% of the time, high elves were independant.

  1. Yes, but its not fel absorbtion, its magic extraction for differences sources, fel included and also creatures. Its call surviving like if you vegan and dropped into the middle of amazonia far from 300km of any civilization then you ll eat everyting it lives

  2. They are traitor of the quel’dorei nation.

ex : if you re a brit or french and you expat yourself in the U.S. and you sell government / security informations about your former country and it make it in danger. You re a traitor of the nation

ex : if draenei… I mean aliens come on Earth tomorrow and you no longer agree with the human mindset but you re still a human. And you decide to left us and fight with alien
then you re a traitor of the humankind.

ex : if you left and after tbc Sunwell is restored and you have no more necessity to extract magic from fel or creature but you still remain in the alliance and you help a crazy psychopath human witch to kill your own kind. (MoP)

then you re a traitor of the quel’dorei race and you are genocid partner

  1. No, you can see high elves in warcraft 3, they are blue

Sin’dorei change their colours, high elves keep their own.

  1. Not now, midnight.

  2. what is against the quel dorei mindset. Ironically alliance rebels are no more quel dorei regarding to the mindset. Quel dorei have thirst of magic (not addict as BE ok) they use magic for everything, build, cook, fight. Litteraly everything.

living as a monk refusing using magic is against quel dorei mindset.

We, blood elves, are more quel’dorei than you refusing to embrace magics.

  • Aethas Sunreaver, when trying to convince the Blood Elven leadership of the necessity of co-operating with the Kirin Tor in the aftermath of the defeat of Kil’Jaeden…”Aethas stared blankly back at Rommath. “Quel’Thalas and the Kirin Tor have been allied for over two thousand years,” he said. “Since we joined formally with the Horde, things have been strained, but—” (From ‘In the Shadow of the Sun’). That co-operation was with the Kingdom of Quel’thalas, not the Alliance High Elf rebels. The Kingdom of Quel’thalas is now a member of the Horde.
  • Which is an irrelevance, because you have been told repeatedly that fel exposure was not transformative and did nothing more than give the Blood Elves green eyes.
  • Are they citizens of Quel’thalas? Yes. Are they acting in concert with foreign powers against the interests of the recognised government of Quel’thalas? Yes. They’re rebels. That’s what a rebel is.
  • Wearing human fashions does not a unique aesthetic create. After all, I have seen players get excited over the blue variant of the BLOOD ELF armors datamined. It’s just a blue variant…and it is most definitely Blood Elven.
  • It’s a small military outpost that the Horde can visit and which is allowed because the Horde allows it. If relations ever sour again, it would take all of a day to evict them.
  • And that means what for a race of magic addicts? The Farstriders aren’t known to use much magic either.

The Grimtotem example holds. They aren’t playable race material, and neither are the Alliance High Elves, because neither is different from the race they are a part of. They are as distinct from Blood Elves as Grimtotem are from Bloodhoof. Just because you have invested with a greater importance than they warrant does not change that fact.

But you will be happy to know they are playable. As established, you can play your Void Elf as a former Silver Covenant member who has embraced the void and who was never a member of the Horde. Just have to accept you are a void mutant.

Because you respond with personal opinions and irrelevant semantics half the time. I cba.
None of that is an argument for why we shouldn’t have playable High Elves.

We have several identical races in game on both factions.

High Elves are far more interesting and unique as a playable race than the Pandaren, Dracthyr or Earthen ever were.

Void Elves should remain Void Elves, with their own unique identity as former Blood Elven Scholars who joined Alliance after being exiled.

High Elves already exist as a unique people in WoW, with a unique philosophy, separate from Blood Elves. With a long history in the Alliance. (Using time relatively in this case makes no sense since we’re mostly talking about the time since the opening of the Dark Portal anyway).

They deserve to be playable.

Tired of repeating this over and over.

you can find any argument I wrote on internet, google is your friend to find source.

Check it

You know not all High Elves went back to Quel’thalas and a part remained within the human kingdoms, which would be about 41 years now after the events of the dark portal, but I digress.

We should just make a copy paste and use it to reply.

I see no [Unicorn Charger] , you ll not remain in the alliance but as NPCs :dracthyr_comfy_sip:

“Job’s done”

I honestly coming to the point of just putting things in sticky notes to copy paste it, as they cycle and recycle the same information which we can counter again with the same information.

It’s the definition of insanity when you argue with anti-helfers, they repeat the same things expecting different results.

*Edit: out of likes for 5 hours, had too much fun on another thread, oops hehe.

Hypocrisy, you do the same, because you refuse to accept canon lore and insist on arguing absolutist headcanon. You think you have all the answers to our points, you have your own regurgitations that have been proven only to yourselves.

Ill buy you the drink of that happens.

I ll stand with Mr Moritz who says on US forum than you re litteraly stealing a race model for your own history rewritting what is like a cultural appropriation
