Quel’dorei High Elves as an Alliance allied race - 2024 (Part 2)

Did I, though?

Maybe the toggle could go both ways, where one makes it less and the other makes it even more prominent.

A scenario where you learn to control it more (hiding passive) vs deliberately unleashing it even more (enhance passive).

You re not ready lol

Imagine mixing tinkers with HE fanclub

Litteraly hell on earth

You are talking to one person, misinterpreting what she/he is saying, and generalising all HE fans. Not a great look on you.

We get it, you dont want HE costumization on Void Elfs despite you using it yourself. Weird take. I cannot take anything that you say seriously with the blatant hipocrisy in display. Good day sir.

Gaby my love, what’s that about tinkers? I need some context. And you know in hell is where the fun happens!

It always ends with that.

They take things out of context, straw man everything someone says until the original point is lost to the wind, rather than admitting that maybe it’s not as bad as they think it is.

Unhinged behaviour.

Yeah?

Seems like it to me.

“You liked one thing and so every request for high elves must be amazing for you” is a ridiculous stance to take.

By the same logic high elf fans must adore void elves and want to nothing but void customisation going forwards since they’re using our race, hairs, racials.

The only thing I can suggest is that you need to brush up on your reading comprehension skills.

Try scrolling up a bit, idk.

I’ve read what you said and don’t see any other way to take it than

“Void elves have enough void. Its high elves turn to get stuff”

Although you did later try to throw in a void option as well which was appreciated

I never said that.

The topic was about Senti saying a bunch of nothing by contradicting himself as he was trying to be a devils advocate to you.

Ngl this is getting into harassment and bullying territory with the constant attacks on how my character looks.

Youre all awful people.

Schadenfreude is a wonderful thing right now as you’ve not got what you want. Fingers crossed you never do.

The funny thing is, everyone wants more customization here.

You’re the one who comes here, hoping to disrupt it, on the false premise that it’ll somehow destroy the immersion of your race, at the same time you’re using the “immersion breaking” customization that wasn’t originally implemented.

You’re so silly.

I hated it at first.

Then they added it to void elf NPCs making it canon to void elves and not just high elf rp.

Its just a hair colour. It doesnt change the vibe of the void elf aesthetic.

Their haircuts and stuff are still on point.

They still have that “greasy” look high elf fans complain about so much.

Again, there being some things that high elf fans want that doesn’t intrude upon the void elves doesn’t mean that every single thing they want doesn’t. That’s the distinction you lot refuse to make. “If you like one thing you must agree that everything is good”.

But that’s not what we’re talking about here, nor what I originally said.

As for the rest:

None of it intrudes on your ability to play Void Elves, and what’s added will always be in line with Void Elven fantasy.

If you want to be a deep violet hued, tentacly-sprouting Void Elf, you can be one.
Alleria herself is normal hued and blonde.

You’re both Void Elves.

Whereas Alliance High Elf players can’t fully realize their fantasy. We will always get inked on by some invisible squid.

And if and it’s big if we get anything special for High Elves, you’ll still benefit from it. No matter how you put it, you get some customization. I don’t think your struggle is as big as you portray it to be.

Change. Your. Hair. Colour.

I love it that I made you change your eye colour. But I’m still confusing you for a High Elf otherwise. :frowning:

I literally do not see how i benefit from you being able to turn off the racial. You keep saying that I do but how? How does someone who wants void elves to glow in combat benefit from this?

Of course not. Neither is yours.

Its just a video game. Real life has much bigger struggles for both of us :stuck_out_tongue:

Do you really think that if Blizzard gives Void Elves X, they won’t also give them Y?

Do you really believe that if Blizzard ever goes out of their way to appease us High Elves, do you not think they’d also make sure you’re met with equal if not more stuff?

And let me repeat myself, we’ve still not received anything “High Elven” - the stuff Void Elves have just happen to be things Blood Elves have as well.

Honestly yeah I do think that.

I think that customisation is given to races once in a blue moon and when they do, they don’t give much at all.

I do think if they gave you stuff then void elf stuff wouldn’t be added for like 8 more years after that.

Blood elves are high elves so all the same really :stuck_out_tongue:

I’ve done some digging and found Moritz’ US-based forum posting. It’s all over the place, ranging from one extreme to the other - with 10k+ posts. God knows how many he has in total.

Engaging with Moritz in good faith is an ill-advised point. He switches from one position on to the other, for the sake of contrarianism. One month screaming about how they need to add BElf customizations to the VElves only to screech against it the very next. And so on to no end. All of it is based off of his feelings on a given moment.

I don’t want to say anything of what I think is going on, but it’s either trolling or something isn’t right off-screen. Have a look for yourself.

Still happy I made him stop using “HElf” eyes though. Looking forward to when his character stops being a ginger though - and adopts a VElf hair colour.

You had one, Void Elf or Blood Elf. You chose Void Elf, the void is part of your choice.

Oof. :sob:

Almost there!
