We know the Alliance abandonned the High elves because of the chaos. And we know that the orcs and the forsaken butchered the High elves for no other reasons than being evil and their natural ennemies.

The High Elves who chose exile had their reasons where they either set up their own lodges in the Hinterlands or re-joined the Kirin Tor under Vereesa.
I don’t consider either side to be right or wrong, because both have their reasons for doing what they did.

Your conception of the lore starts and ends with Warcraft 2 and the second war. Ignoring that the Horde did infact help us even if it wasn’t conventional. Blizzard is daring because they did a totally different thing then all other fantasy games.

The Horde did nothing for them. Only the forsaken did and it wasn’t in the name of the Horde. The blood elves should have stayed neutral to avoid a lot of problems caused by their allegiance to the Horde.

Garithos arrested traitor blood elves working with the naga and then they escaped joined illidan and then went on to become demon pets

Forsaken did not butcher Elves. If they were under Lich King control they were just the Scourge. Important distinction as the former lacks free will. And you’re of course talking about the Old Horde which is another important distinction as the New Horde is a separate entity even if Thrall’s Orcs were the part of both. Isn’t that the Argument you use whenever we bring out Grand Marshall Garrithos and the fact Mages of Dalaran did nothing to stop him from attempting to execute Kael’thas and the Blood Elves?

Single Blood Elf. Ironically one only associated with Blood Elves because Rorhim assigned said elf as secretary of Aethas Sunreaver who’s knowledge of the act was debatable. Keep in mind Sunreavers did not arrive from Silvermoon. They were citizens of Dalaran before the faction was formed
