Why should they unify? The alliance can give the blood elves nothing they don’t already have. Just because the high elves sold their souls to Stormwind doesn’t mean the actual better elves have to do the same. We are not relying on humans to get anything done, everything the Sin’dorei have was their own doing with pride.
Can’t call being abused by horde’s psychopathic warchiefs a better choice.
Never tainted their blood with the fel magic.
Never abused or exploited Naaru for their light power, but rather obtain the power of light through their virtuous behavior, not dependent on any external source.
Played a key role in defeating Archimonde at Mount Hyjal and thus saving Azeroth.
Played a key role in the Northrend Campaign that ended up in the defeat of the Lich King.
I don’t like interracial marragies either as they erode race’s identity but by the night my Quel’dorei brethren have a lot of lore to be proud of!
Talking about the evil, we were never a puppet of a mad banshee abomination that apart from orchestrating genocide used necromancy and plague on a large scale, the very same practices the Scourge used against us when we were one people! And our Sin’dorei brethren were assisting that maniac in her evils, what a shame!
Alliance has treated Quel’dorei and even Ren’dorei with far greater respect and dignity than anything Sin’dorei received in the horde.
And besides dwarven ale is far superior to the orcish brew.
Well we tried that, to have a city in Crystalsong forest and Hinterlands. Even Allerian Stronghold but Outland is falling apart and everyone is leaving that place except the old orcs and old Draenai. Crystalsong Forest would have been perfect place for the High elves. Arcane Leylinest there, The Arcane wells in Dragonblight and Coldarra. An Alliance with the Blue dragonflight. But that’s not what Blizzard had in mind. They are going to make Silvermoon neutral. As we had in the past when 2 races are in both factions (Pandarens and now Dracthyr and Earthen dwarves) They share a neautral city. High elves have always been in the Alliance and then Blizzard gave in before TBC and gave Horde Blood elves so they could have a pretty race to balance the 2 factions. So they been in both factions yet only playable in one faction and only one had a city while the other was not playable or had a city. So Blizzard made a screw up there so many years ago just to make Horde players happy. Although we found out not all Horde players was happy about it as they thought Blood elves would ruin the Horde. Even made a song about it. And I think Blizzard is finally going to fix that after 18 years after by making them neutral in Midnight. “Uniting the Scattered Elven tribes”. What would be the point saying that if Blizzard was not making them neutral.
No we are not alone. We even have a representative in the Wow Council. Also wasn’t you who earlier like 2 months ago made a thread pleading, pleading to Blizzard not to give in High elf demand. So sure of you are that High elves won’t be playable in Midnight. So confident
And yet they have more customization than any, any other race. And…what less lore, they were created by deathwing to be an army for him and then he changed his mind and he frozed them in time. And they woke up 1000s of years later. There isn’t much else to write about them as they never had the chance to take part of anything throughout history. Their lore is only starting now. Where they go on from now is their choice. Pretty much like the Earthen at the machine that have been stuck there for 1000s of years and only now waking up. Thanks to Magni and Azeroth.
War within is not over yet. And blame Blizzard for they don’t representatives between the factions.
Sure come to Gilneas. Although you going to have to “pay” to get the curse, as we are in the mist of rebuilding Gilneas. Help out with the costs.
“Uniting the Scattered Elven tribes”, dude just accept they are becoming neutral in Midnight. Fixing a 18 year old problem Blizzard created all those years ago.
Sure as long as she still/keeps using the void. But she can help the Narru inside of her turn to the Light side as Naaru can change between the Light and the Void. But then again things can change in Midnight.
Turalyon is not the only one, Alliance High elves are in Silvermoon helping to rebuild the city. Also His son Arathor is Alliance as he grew up in Stormwind and this is the first time he ever seen Silvermoon and is now part of the Blood Knight order. Alliance character part of the Blood Knight order . And Turalyon could have succeded were Varian Wrynn failed back in Mist of pandaria. And we have had now 7 years of peace between the Horde and the Alliance.
Because Blizzard said so. Alot of changes are coming to Midnight.
Yes Erevien desperately trying to defend Silvermoon against the Alliance Incursion/Invasion in Midnight .
Well Blizzard said they never make a Warcraft 2 remaster, or even Warcraft 1 remaster for that matter after Warcraft 3 reforged flopped, which clearly shows High elves being part of the Alliance and with the Arathi shows the Humans and Elves Union and there is more of them out there. An Entire Empire. So Silvermoon might one day become fully Alliance. But hey maybe you get Forest Trolls. As Belluar said the Trolls lands is much larger in lore than we seen ingame so perhaps on the other side of Zul’aman gates. There could be large lands with different Forest troll tribes than never was part of the Horde and could join the Horde. Bringing back the Old Warcraft. Just like the Undermine we are going to soon. Which didn’t exist before when Kezan was destroyed by Deathwing and have a large amout of goblins living there. So too can happen in Midnight when they make Quel’thalas bigger than it was before for Skyriding.
I quess noone read the cloudy text I wrote further up “Spoliers and thoughts”
The big problem i see with that is that the whole silvermoon gets neutral thing can and should only work when blizz at the same time goes completely neutral and does away with the factions.
Like you said yourself we got elves back in bc to fix the playernumbers and to this day the biggest chunk of horde players are elves.
If blizz continues to keep us two separate factions in midnight then we need a alliance coty to become neutral too or it will just feel like a horde loos.
As much as i hate to admit it but that crazy guy is right with one thung and that is that the horde has take many blows.
To loose the city of the factions most played race would be really not good.
That all is ofcourse null and void if wr go completely factions dont matter in midnight
And as I said they been on both sides of the faction and that is the problem. The races that are on both sides are neutral. Pandaren, Dracthyr, and now Earthern but High/Blood elves have been on both faction for years and yet only playable on one faction and have a city. The other has been not playable or have a city of its own yet been with the Alliance for years, even before Wow. Blizzard reason “Not enough High elves to make them playable” yet Void elves had only was 23 Blood elves (Originally annyway, a magic Militant unit that was exiled) and yet was made playable. And as Horde loves saying “The Blood elves are High elves”…Blizzard “There is not enough High elves to make them playable”…until they magically were when Horde players begged for playable pretty race. Its like they saying against everything they said before…when it was convenient. Only shows Blizzard’s Horde bias over the years. The vulpera was only small caravan with few wagons (Witch means only handfull survivors) as the Sethrak drove them to extinction.
And yet we have cross faction that fixes that now. As Horde players loves to say that. Ok so if Alliance gets High elves in midnight, You can still use the cross faction system.
Well that would be Dark Iron dwarves (as they makes more sense in the Horde then in the Alliance) or Broken, However Blizzard made them part of the Alliance since Cataclysm and if they made Broken part of the Horde yet they been in the Alliance for years it would be another High elf issue. But its possible you might get Amani Trolls/Forest Trolls in Midnight and Zul’aman as their own city. But most likely the Void elves becomes neutral at the same time as Blood elves in Midnight, and Void elves makes more sense in the Horde that in the Alliance as they opposite/conflicting with the Alliance beliefs and faiths as all the other races have something in common. The Light, Arcane, Nature. This traits is what the Alliance believe in and Void is something that is against everything Alliance believe in. Alliance have always been for the Light and Void is foreign so it was just a bad, bad idea from Blizzard as it made Alliance so wierd after Hu mans been for the Light for 1000s years, long before the Alliance was even a thing.
As Horde already have access to Telogrus rift through Dalaran during the Dark heart quest. And as Blood elves becoming more like High elves once were, the Blood elves have become a thing of the past (As they were more fel addicted after the fall Silvermoon as they used the fel as their source for power). Yes the Alliance heard rumor before TBC that the Blood elves had become followers of the Legion and seeing the Blood elves using fel as their source of power made the Alliance’s suspicious true. But now with the help of Velen…like I said they never thanked him for that. They are now turning to the Light and Arcane than dark powers. Like they were in the past when they were High elves before they became Blood elves. And they are more leaning towards Alliance now after years of peace. Turalyon in talks with Lor’themar, and seems to be going good as Alliance High elves been moving back home to Silvermoon helping out with rebuilding Silvermoon and also convinced Lady Liadrin to let his son join the Blood knight order…A half elf? joining the Blood Knight order and letting a “Half Elf” in to Silvermoon. And soon more Half elves will be coming (Arathi)
However the Void elves continues the Blood elves past/History with “Power is power, its what we do with it, that matters!!” (Pretty much how they were back in TBC before the Sunwell Patch) Using Dark power like the Void instead of the Fel (Which also is a dark power) and since Dark heart quest there is turmoil among the Void elves if they should stay in the Alliance. And the Deal was as long as Alleria trains them, they will fight for the Alliance. Alleria has not kept her end of the deal and never trained them which made them angry.
So hopefully one day Blizzard fix that in the Future. The Blood elves becomes High elves again and rejoins the Alliance (As we already seen steps working towards that since Metzen came back) And Void elves joins the Horde. Ofcourse Alleria would never join the Horde as that would destroy her character but Umbric and the rest of the Void elves perhaps will. And would make 100% more sense that the Void elves to be in the Horde. And the Horde don’t lose a pretty race, they just changed. Should have done that back in TBC. Alliance got High elves and Horde got Void elves as it would be the next step for Blood elves evolution for Power!! Just like in TBC if you were a none Blood elf player. You could ask Nazgrel, “What are the Blood elves doing here??” Nazgrel answers “They are looking for a new Home…” and Blizzard have removed that dialog years later. You only got the option of that question for Nazgrel when you finished all the quests in Thrallmar in Outland.
Cross faction system as Horde loves to say as well.
Blizz have already said that the War conflict will return one day, most likely after World soul saga. And this peace makes no sense at all as its “WAR-craft” not “PEACE-craft”. Was a dumb idea from the start but after World soul saga we would have had 10 years of peace. lorewise anyway.
Yep i just start to ignore you cause you say ehat ever you eant to get what you and your people want no matter what others think.
The fact that you come and try to argue with playable races that STARTED neutral to mak3 it look ok if bloodelves go neutral wich would be a first in wow history is a clear sign that you dont care for anything but taking the elves and there city from wow.
If they do that and dont go full no factions they can take any plans of a new war and stick it cause there will be no horde left to have a war with.
No it was not Garithos who made them Join the Horde, it was their own doing when they started to play with fel, so soon after the Third war with the Legion and Scourge was over. Made the Alliance believe they were agents of Legion.
Garithos made them join Illidan and soon after Joined they joined Kil’jaeden.
Also Garithos was hated by most, even other humans. Mostly in Stormwind. Except the Humans who lived in Lordearon who thought exactly like Him. That “Humans” were superior to all other races and all other races was beneath them. Garithos was born in Stormwind yes but left because they were too goody too shoes with other races and soon joined the Loradron’s army as They were just like him. After Arthas and the Scourge left Tirisfal, He saw opportunity to reclaim Lordaeron for himself as he had no love for the Alliance. He hated the Alliance and what it stood for. He just used the remnants of the Lordaeron Alliance (And he was the only one officer left alive with rank in Tirisfal at that time to lead the remnants of the Lordaeron Alliance) for his own goal. To become “King” of Lordaeron so no one could tell him what to do anymore. However Sylvanas stopped his plans as she was 2 steps ahead as she been a Ranger General longer than he has been alive. And killed him when they retaken Lordaeron from the Scourge.
Yes they will, The Horde will still be around. You still have the Nightborne that is identical to the Blood elves in everyway. They just bit taller than Blood elves and is purple but Culture and tradition they are the same. Think they are above other races, isolated, have parties and drink arcwine etc etc. Basically the Nightborne is what Blood elves should have been if the Blood elves did not have setbacks with Troll wars and the Horde wars and with the Scourge and the Legion war, so the Nightborne is the Future. Even if the Nightborne and Blood elves have existed the same time the Nightborne is more futuristic. Look how they used magic for 10 000 years. The Horde won’t fall if Alliance gets High elves. Altough we may have dommed the Nightborne with the Mana tree as it once turned some Nightborne into spiderling creatures.
Stop Doomsaying. The Alliance have been in declined for years anyway (Way longer than Horde ever been, they were only during wow vanilla, we have been in 18 years. About time Blizzard set things right, abit slow for sure) as Blizzard have always done things for the Horde as most Alliance players, raid guilds, E-sport players moved to the Horde side as Horde was always getting anything they asked for. The raiders and E-sport players saw it as a win win. Blizzard even tried in BFA to lure Horde players to the Alliance side with epic gear (Didn’t work though and Horde players cried unfairness and Alliance bias when Blizzard was just trying to help “you” Horde players to do PVP battlegrounds) as Horde players was screaming that they can’t do PVP battlegrounds as there is no Alliance players to fight against. Horde players even wanted to go Horde vs. Horde, just to be able to do PVP battleground.
Even the Devs admitted before TBC was released that Blood elves was never meant to be in the Horde in the first place. They had to change the “entire” lore to make any kind of sense why they would joined the Horde. Still doesn’t make sense today. It was just to make the Horde players happy… to have a pretty race to balance the factions. They no problem ruining the Lore as we all know Blizzard has always Horde Bias since day one.
So you didn’t read at all. “They” are in “both” factions and when a race is in both factions they are neutral playable race. Blizzard gave an “Alliance race” to the Horde back in TBC when Blizzard said there was not enough High elves to make them playable…then suddenly there were and they gave them to the Horde. Have Always been in the Alliance way longer than in the Horde.
