Quel’dorei High Elves as an Alliance allied race (Part 1)

So when you use it its to be taken as fact, but not when anyone else uses it :man_facepalming:

Your bad trolling is showing

Thing is, there are only 2 races of elves, the rest derives from those 2 stocks. Blood elves are high elves.

Like Uruk’kai orcs, Gundaba orcs and Bara’dur orcs, different orc clans but all derived from Morgoth’s original twisting of the elves. Same with the elves in warcraft lore, high elves branched out to blood elves, but they are still technically high elves.

i just linked him his "official "wow lore site.

but in game they are two different factions.

You got your Thallasian elves and they are VOID elves, you wont get no more so keep on crying you’ll only ever have the option of Void elves or Blood elves, deal with it.

Not a him but you’re just trying so hard at this trolling it’s funnier the more you reply.

Since game director said anything possible in the future…i expect they make them playable at some point.

I’m fine with some fanatical elves on a crusade, the alliance could use more unsavory people to join them.

But on a more serious note, and not just Nezekan specifically, what I see from all the posters here is that they don’t want the high elves as a race, a proper race with name tags saying you are one, added to the game.

As for the void elves argument, they were pulled out of thin air, we all know it. It is not what we wanted, there was a much better option, but they hecked it up by creating these abominations and saying “They are all yours, Alliance” We didn’t want them then, and do not want them now.

Yep the Void elves got their contact lenses xD

The Void elves now have a fanbase and they are happy with their elves, to try and take that away to be just another Blood elf in Blue colours is selfish and cruel.

The Void Elves are the most played allied race in the game, you know that right? Not just on the alliance, in the entire game. This doesn’t seem like “we don’t want this” attitude from players. If you talked about mechagnomes, that would be logical. But this is not.

highelves would be even more “most played”…so

Yes, clearly the world revolves around what you like. Its not like void elves are the only void themed race in the game and offer a very unique perspective on the game, instead of being clones of an already established race that only faction fanatics would play, since what you want is already playable in its entirety on the other faction.

Blizzard will not give high elves to the alliance.

Here’s the deal, high elves and blood elves are the same exact race. It’s a matter of indentity.
Kael’thas just decided to change their name after the Sunwell was destroyed to honor the fallen.
You can still call your belf character a high elf, since virtually nothing has changed apart from the words of a dead racial leader.

Now that Belves got blue eyes with the prepatch, there would be nothing to distinguish between the two. Blizzard would just copy paste belves to the alliance, making them just Pandaren 2.0 aka a neutral race. They were designed as a horde race, and I don’t believe Blizz would change their mind about that after 13 years.

At this point it’s the same as asking them to add Draenei to horde…

It depends, will you actually listen if I do? Because I am willing to do so, so long as I am not wasting my time.

You might have, because the High Elves do use Fel Magics, there is a Silver Covenant Warlock in Northrends Dalaran called Summoner Nolric (sp) But yeah, High Elves seem to have had Warlocks the way other races of the Alliance did.

A thrift shop elf is what they are, and like I said earlier, majority of players do not care about the back story, or the lore of their characters race. But those that do care do not take kindly to having them join us instead of the more obvious choice

I’m sure they have fans now, doesn’t erase the fact that majority of those who care, see above reply, are not happy being voidy people.

Doesn’t matter how many factions they split into, faction is not race. As race there are only 2. Trolls have many factions but there are only 1 race where they all splitt out from

lol. With amount of allied races that look almost exactly like playable races?

Mechagnomes, hmtaurens, lightforged, trolls?

Also PANDARENS…says HELLO

I see 4 or 5 people arguing for High elves and it’s very fanatical and fingers in ears lalalala’ing.

There are more Void elves on the Alliance than most other races, it’s an extremely popular race the fanatics need to pipe down now.

arent they highelves?

And those allied races are within the same faction as the core races they are based off of…

All Silver Covenant are High Elves, but not all High Elves are Silver Covenant. As I have been patiently stating for a while now. I’m happy to go into this in a bit more detail if you genuinely want?

and highelves are alliance race, yet horde received copy of them.

aren’t this topic about alliance playable highelves that are not blood elves? And largest group of highelves in the alliance was pointed as Silvercovenant highelves?
