I am asking if you want the Blood Elf model, on Alliance Side, just the race name changed to High Elf. Is that what you want? Yes or No? Just answer the question!

He probably figures that it’s some manner of trap, and playing the part of a broken record player will skillfully avoid falling into it.

Yeah, I don’t get it, There is nothing cunning or traplike about it, if they say “No” I’ll follow up with “So what -is-it you want?” if they say “Yes” I’ll follow up with “OK, thats cool, They look identical, no sweat, How do you see them being implemented? Who would be their leader? Where would they live? They’d need different racials, because the Belf ones are keyed into what they learned from Rommath, which High Elves refused to learn, hence the Exile, I have an idea for a potential High Elf racial, wanna hear it?”
This avoidance just looks a bit shifty and like they don’t actually want to have a serious conversation about High Elves at all?
I just want a ‘Yes/No’ answer so that a sensible conversation can ensue… Until they know what they want, and say what they want, then I can’t do that?

I don’t know what’s the hold up really. They look too similar to blood elf? Well void elves look similar to blood elves as well and besides, at least they are not Pandas where it’s the same race for two factions.

It’s the other way likely around. Because of the helf-fanboys fighting like crazy people (what they truly are), they gave them fair skinned belf-models and blue eyes. The actual Horde-belf community just got them because the blue eye topic is one of the most sensitive discussions in the whole community, spawning several news on wowhead and endless topics on the official forums.
Doesn’t look like this if you follow the US/EU-topics and read the helf-comments on reddit about it from time to time. You wish it would have ended by now but they will die down with the blond/white/black hair colors and options for the Alliance.
That’s not what I meant. The streamers and youtubers are no longer supporting it, and they were quite vital. Heck, they are also vital for game balance at this point. Haven’t you heard about recent scandal that Blizzard doesn’t even read beta feedback on forums? Its delusional to think they read spammy threads about very nit picky requests about appearance.

Streamers are just an extended arm of the developers at this point, unfortunately. Taliesin is a good example of a sellout with Michael Bell being somewhat between honesty and insider.
Yes, I also made a topic about it but this has actually nothing with the graphical department. They have an inside forum for the theory crafting - where also Ion started at one point - which handles the gameplay to a greater extend.
You know what they’re saying about Lich Kings. Sames goes for elf-topics.
Can you not put blood elves here since this is about highelves that are within alliance, such as silver covenant highelves?
You can’t have a conversation about one and not the other, because they are functionally identical.
Can you also do the common courtesy of answering the question put to you?
