No, but you are asking for High Elves. High Elves look identical to Blood Elves. Blood Elves are a playable race already, so you are asking for playable Blood Elves, renamed High Elves, on Alliance, (so basically ones who look like the Silver Covenant, as they all use the Blood Elf model in game) as an Allied Race?
Whihc doesn’t bother me in the slightest, but you seem very cagey to give the answer, and keep going “Silver Covenant!! Silver Covenant!!” as if they were the only High Elves that existed on Alliance.
The Silver Covenant use the Blood Elf model to represent them in game.
So I ask for the umpteenth time. Is what you want, Elves like the Silver Covenant, so the Blood Elf model, with blue eyes, playable on Alliance. Yes or No.
Moontear, this is pathetic behaviour, seriously, you are editing people’s posts to try and falsely shift their arguments to make them more amenable to yours.
Post my actual quotes and answer them, or I will Flag you, because whilst I am happy to debate this issue, I am not happy for you to falsify my posts, and you must be a fool if you think Blizzard cannot see the original text.
Dude, he is just trolling the hell out off you and you’re taking his bait.
Enough with these High elf posts.
Moontear asks for Silver Covenant elves, which USE Blood elf models, just have blue eyes. They are 100% identical to Blood elves. The only difference between a Belf and a Helf is the color of the eyes and with the current customizations you can make a helf look alike just his race isn’t named High Elf, who cares, role-play it. We horde got Highmountain Tauren which have bit more customization options than Tauren and the main difference is the lore, and the horns, my god. I’d rather would’ve wanted to get so beef-a*s Forest trolls like Zul’jin than them. And these helf fans want a second alliance elf race which look like belfs. Give it to them and give us Ogres, beefy Forest Trolls, Sethrak or even the Naga.
What? What endgame content are you talking about? We have all the high elf skin colours available on void elves. The same with eye colours. All we need is hair, and perhaps racial, tag and voice. That’s all we need to fully be high elves.
Exactly. Genetically identical, while culturally and politically different.
You admitted it! (See what I did there?)
Being quoted out of context kind of twists your intentions, doesn’t it?
Anyway,
Eye colour isn’t a difference between high and blood elves. Not anymore. In reality, it actually never truly was, seeing as blue eyed blood elves and fel green eyed high elves have existed in lore since TBC, but with the latest udates to the Thalassian models, both groups can have a selection of eye colours, most of which are available to both.
And since you like just sniping text out of context, I’ll add the full sentence: “The only difference between a Belf and a Helf is the color of the eyes and with the current customizations you can make a helf look alike just his race isn’t named High Elf, who cares, role-play it.”
Give me an example of the visual (as in in character models) difference between Blood Elves and High Elves which is not eye color.
The issue here, though, except from blood and high elves now having access to the same eye colours, is that factions matter, and the point is to get the Alliance high elves playable on the Alliance. In order to get there, all we truly need, is a few more choices added to he void elves, who already are able to look quite similar to high elves.
This isn’t even correct. High and blood elves share these, except from some voice lines and tag. Void elves share all of these, except from voice, tag and hair.
More than you do, it seems, you have still failed to answer the question as to whether you want the Blood Elf Model with blue eyes on Alliance, same as what they use for the Silver Covenant NPC’s.
Now if you -don’t- think that is what a High Elf looks like, the question has to be…
Skins color
Face
Blue/purple eyes
Silver covenant tabard
Only thing missing is natural hair colors, and I’m sure blizzard will add at least 1 or 2 natural hair colors in the future. And then that’s it we would have 100% looking High elves with unique hairstyles.
Today I even got a compliment by someone. They told me I look like a High elf who lives in the woods. (I was wearing green).
