Quel’dorei High Elves as an Alliance allied race (Part 1)

i would consider them something like Vampiric elves alike ravendreth style

Same

I was a Goth for 3 years, but it was only a phase

Another reason for having High Elves on the Alliance would be the redemption of the Windrunner family. Currently we have 1 sister that’s in league with the Jailer, is responsible for thousands of innocents dying, betrayed her own faction (ironic, since that faction’s entire history revolves around political schemes, cheap shots, internal conflict and backstabbing) and is plotting the literal demise of the last remaining titan soul in existence.
The other sister is slowly being corrupted by the void and will undoubtedly be a raid boss in the not-so-distant future.
Which leaves us with the third and youngest sister - the only one who has yet to commit any sort of atrocity. That, coupled with her close connection to Jaina and the Alliance, would be the bridge between her race and the faction. BOOM - a valid point for having High Elves on the Alliance.

I can do this all year.

P.S: I am gonna stop replying to you now. I also make it a point not to indulge trolls, especially ones that are toxic and know nothing except insulting others.

This is still a topic…facedesk

The blue grandma is lowkey beating the living hell out of the red grandma. I’m… impressed. And proud. Such vitality!

This kind of spirit is what we need in our faction. If even a third of our guys had this kind of fighting spirit, we would have gotten High Elves 7 expansions ago.

Yeah, she is a violent and aggressive psychopath. Probably went to jail after that.

Blue are alliance, highelves, red horde blood elves.

thats how they do duels in GS this days

well high elves can wear any colour and rock it - i’d dress them in silver/teal

I don’t need to. Blizzard already did in WC3.

Which was before WoW was released, so therefore that argument is kind of invalid, as they could not possibly have known which faction was most popular, before even releasing the game World of Warcraft…

Well, if there had been any dedication there may be some justification, but all the actual constructive ideas seem to have come from Blood Elf Posters and Void Elf posters…

Absolutely on topic and completely relevant sighs

Could be another reason for that, of course…

Well they -are- Biologically one and the same thing.

Nuh uh, Ain’t true. People always go “Metzen voiced Thrall, of course they favour the Horde!” Know who else he voiced?
Varian Wrynn at the time.

Fun Fact, Metzen mained Alliance, a Human Male Paladin in fact. Oh the irony…

Yeah, to be honest, if the OP of that thread told me it was dark at midnight, I would ask for a second opinion. They seem astonished that companies do market research and act upon it.

When they enter the workplace, they will find that this is standard practice.

Because Moontear steered the thread onto that path?

I highly doubt that, nor should they. Alliance can now look like High Elves. This is cool.

Shush. Non Sexist adults are talking.

Cool, so do Horde get the equivalent race that has been asked for for just as long, and like High Elves exist in the Horde as NPC’s? Alliance posters won’t complain about that, will they?

Well then what on earth are you asking for? If you already have it on your ‘side’?

Hush you, adults talking.

And Horde get Ogres then?
Could work, the Kul Tiran model skeleton would be a good start…

Oh don’t be so melodramatic, you sound as bad as the more rabid pro-helf element.

I don’t think you know what the word ‘Mandatory’ means, not if you use it in that sense. And ‘Some’ demand would be accurate. Not ‘Huge’. The demand actually seems to have dropped off on both sides of the Atlantic since the Void Elf normal skins were released.

Err…You know she is a War Criminal right? Who oversaw the murder and torture of innocent civilians?

Let’s be fair, given the population demographics, the High Elves would be a toddler and the Blood Elves more like Stone Cold Steve Austin. They are the massively dominant strain of the species after all…

But only if male, right? We know what you think of Women…

No, high elves aren’t psychopaths. That’s why we don’t fit in the Alliance.

So, couple of things:

First off, I challenge you to find an interview or recording with a lead WoW designer from 2003. Not one where some former employee talks in retrospect. I want actual video from 2003 about WoW back then.
Second, if you’re referring to the Purge in Dalaran, the Sunreavers aided Garrosh Hellscream and are directly connected to the bombing of Theramore. Also, Jaina offered to spare them of they surrendered peacefully, which they didn’t. Rhonin, the de facto leader of the Kirin Tor (a neutral faction at the time) died as a result of the bombing. Vareesa’s involvement in that purge is is that of a bystander. I actually would have enjoyed it more if she personally destroyed the Sunreavers but alas Blizzard chose Jaina for that.
Furthermore, there are multiple interviews where Chris Metzen personally stated that he enjoys writing for the Horde and that lore for the Horde is both easier and more fun. I can provide you with a link when I get back my PC if you wish. So yeah, Horde have it easy if the former head honcho at Blizzard openly states that.
Moreover, there has been dedication, people have literally been screaming for playable High Elves on the Alliance and Blizzard spat in our face multiple times. It’s high time for some justice.
Lastly, I don’t mind, nor do I care what race the Horde gets - you can get Ogres with 1 head, Ogres with 2 heads, Ogres without heads, female Ogres, whatever. What happens to your faction is none of my business. I don’t mess in your guys’ business and I only wish you’d stop messing in ours.
