They are both humans one more evolved than the other and lived at very different times .

thats not evolution thats just growth. A better example of evolution would be going from ape-men that only uses sticks or rocks as tools and then going to an early tibal man that can understand and create lets say a stone axe or stone spear with a stick and grass/primitve rope

Also you needed a full stop at the end of your statement.

Fairly certain I do. Someone posits a question, and the other party responds to said question. It is not possible to answer a question before it is asked, as if you have already covered that point, there would be no reason to posit the question now would there? (That is a question by the way, so requires an answer.)
