So same. just blonde? And dont turn purple. Am I Wrong?
no it’s not same, void elves are not high elves, as blood elves are not high elves.
High elves such as silver covenant: name tag, racial, customization, voice, LORE.
Sorry i read that, And all I read was just blabla blond… Blala not purple turning. Kinda what you have repeatedly echoed troughout this thread for months.
literally everything is written in first post.
And everything there after Before you delete it
I think you still mad about that other topic. That’s why you still here trying get attention? XD
Yes I am still mad about that topic. And no, Im just taking a On your high elf thread for good measure. Just like you did in kind. …But if I can stop if you’ve had enough.
i knew it…fluffy walking rug.
What goes around comes around… Like you always say. And cant really be walking and a rug at the same time.
high elves such as silver covenant playable 2021
You didn’t say the safe word. ‘‘Stop’’
I like your argument. Honestly I’m not an elf person I like them but I’m more into humans because they are so naiv and power driven but courageous and heroic at the same time. However, the High Elf thing could play out IF Blizzard creates a whole new model with whole new animations and honestly they could. An allied race doesn’t have to look and animate as an already created one. It takes endless hours I know, but it can be delivered to stand out from the competition. (Blood Elf, Void Elf)
come on! It’s not about new model and animations, it’s about playable high elves such as silver covenant as they are!
They could unite void elves and high elves together. Something like Silver Covenant and the Void elves collective united with the two Windrunner sisters as leaders. Specially how nowadays both their numbers are pretty small.
We could choose at the character creation which one to pick void or high elf, and share the banner we play under.
I understand you want High Elves as an Allied Race, and that is what many people wanted for many years. But the absolute majority of these people, including some extremely strong advocates of High elves have accepted Void Elves being their path towards obtaining their playable High elves. With a few more hairstyles, light hair colours and a tentacle toggle they can be the playable High Elves we have all wanted.
I advice that you encourage this cause, besides, both Void elves and Blood elves are, genetically speaking, also High elves. One got energized by Fel, the other by Void. That does NOT NEGATE that they are Thalassian Elves genetic wise and their only main differences from Alliance aligned High Elves were their culture. Once we get some more customization, nobody will be able to prevent you from portraying your Void Elf as an Alliance aligned High Elf, fighting for the Alliance.
That could work! Great idea.
As long as i see that ugly name tag - void elf, nothing can change that but original high elves such as silver covenant.
Void elves then must receive a lot, racial removal, purple things, tentacles, hairstyles, voice. It never going to happen anytime soon. Topics like this just voice peoples opinion want they want.
And i still believe high elves will be playable one day for alliance, such as silver covenant.
Yeah, it’s a weird kink of mine, I don’t like bigotry or bigots, don’t kink shame me. Anyway, toodles, don’t let the door hit you on the delicate behind on your way out…
I kind of want Blizzard to do that. To literally give Alliance Blood Elves as playable High Elves. And then Give Horde an entirely new and unique race. Could be Ogres, I’d rather it was Gnolls…
And for every raging, furious, incandescent post Alliance fans make on forums, “WHY DO HORDE GET NEW THING AND WE JUST GET ELVES!” them to be auto-redirected to High Elf threads, and Blizzard go “Because of -These- guys, and them telling us what -You- the Alliance playerbase really wanted for 15 years. Have fun ranting!”
It would be glorious, for about a day or two, then it would become genuinely kind of just depressing and sad, like watching a dog try to eat itself or something.
Actually that is just you. It literally is just you. You are the only poster here who has not asked for High Elves, but Specifically wants Silver Covenant. Other Posters actually want High Elves. You don’t.
You are actually the -only- poster in this thread, who specifically wants SIlver Covenant.
Yeah they are. They just call themselves Blood Elves. But then, if you knew the lore, you’d know that.
So you still can’t bring yourself to say that you want High Elves can you? Astounding. Anyway, Name Tag. Would you have that say “High Elf” or would you have it say “Silver Covenant”. Racial: Do you have any ideas as to what that should be, as I’ve chucked a few in, but you didn’t seem to like it when people made sensible suggestions. Customisation? WHy? They’d look identical to Blood Elves. Because Blood Elves and High Elves look Identical!
Voice?
Ehh, Possibly, actually. The High Elves have been booted out of Quel’thalas for almost twenty years now. I know I certainly don’t have my birth accent anymore, so the chances are high the High Elves who were kicked out of Silvermoon would now have that kind of Stormwind Human accent (So American basically) as opposed to the actual Thalassian High Elf accent, which is much more Transatlantic veering towards Britain.
So yeah, sure, give the High Elves exiled from Quel’thalas the human American accent, That does actually make a degree of sense.
The Lore however is the same for all Thalassians. I mean by -definition- it is the same for all of them!
Well now we know about Sylvanas. Hopefully wowhead can datamine a model of her new look.
//Spoiler btw.

Actually, this is something we were discussing the other day in the Void Elf Discord*.
With the advent of Void Elves, we don’t really see Blizzard spending time and resources for yet another copy of the Thalassian model.
Personally, I think High Elf fans should come to terms with the Void Elf race. We will most likely receive natural hair color options, that’s something I feel confident Blizzard knows many players want and will deliver, but I am also sure we will have to wait our turn. Nightborne are in dire need of customizations.
Anyway, I myself was/am a High Elf fan that started out detesting the concept of Void Elves and ended up in love with them and I am actually looking forward to seeing in-game High Elves and the Silver Covenant turning into Void Elves, the 2nd generation of Void Elves if you will, following a similar path as Alleria. After all, they do need to recruit more elves, and Danuser actually confirmed their numbers are growing. We just don’t know how exactly.

Pretty much this. I think at some point natural hair colour options are inevitable, it is just a matter of time. I really can’t see them giving the Blood Elf model to Alliance for a second time, and moreover, I don’t actually believe that people -want- that. More customisation for Void Elves will allow people to look like High Elves, and I see no problem with that at all.
Did Danuser say that? I can’t find any link to it. I know there are Silvermoon Scholars and High Elf Wayfarers at Telogrus rift, but they are there to study the Void itself, nobody alive knows how to create new Void Elves.
Can you sling me a reference to when he said that, as it would be an interesting lore snippet to know.
