Not the case personally i want it to die because it is littearlly 6-10people at max who are actually talking
That's what Community Manager Ornyx said on the subject in another High Elf thread:
Just because there's an argument against something, doesn't mean we don't read it or send it along to the Development Team with notes.
If I look through the threads, there are thousands of contributors over the course of the entire discussion, so your point just doesn't ring true.
I think there are obviously certain people more passionate about certain topics than others, but I personally like to err on the side of "people should be free to discuss what they want, pertaining to the game, as much as they want".

And what is this supposed to accomplish?
By the way, if you look back into the previous threads, there is always the same dozen of trolls that try to derail the thread, some of them posting from a couple of different characters. Then they get exhausted after the first 5-7 pages and the real discussion begins.

Is there anything actually left to discuss though?
When its the same people debating the same points with the same people for thousands of comments it gets to a point where its just not worth continuing.
It is a genuine question though.
Is there anything left to be added to this topic?

There are new people entering all the time, or even seeing and reading it, which is reason enough to repeat certain points because not everyone is keeping up to date on this.
Every possible point might have been made clear from every possible point of view two times over, but not everyone has seen that. In fact I think quite few people catch it every time because the thread can move fast at times, which drowns out these good conversations.
Repeating it all just brings it to more minds, which might again spawn another point of view, and so the tumbleweed tumbles.

I've asked myself that every time you guys create those pointless threads over and over again.
One of the latest concepts from the American forum:

It seems they forgot to include paladins in class choices though.

Productive. Ever heard of that word? You should live up on that instead of complaining about the same sh*t on the forums all day. Blizzard doesn't give a flying feather about y'all. Get off your high horse already!
The rest of this topic will be people going like this:
"High elves should be added for these reasons."
"High elves should not be added for these reasons."
"Your reasons make no sense because these reasons."
"No, your reasons make no sense because these reasons."
Repeated all the way til post cap.
Just like the last 2000 post thread.

I didn't know taking pre-medical courses, working part-time in the grocery store and hitting the gym are considered unproductive now. Thanks for telling me.

Really? You're going to be the "
I do all of these things IRL even though I can't prove any of it, and yet it somehow makes my arguments valid" guy?

And since that's what you are doing now, you felt obliged to come here and say that because?..

Museki Indirect support for what exactly?
High elves were denied 2 times already XD.
If you're just commenting for "bumping" the thread, then it's just spam.
Being at top = Same people are going to comment on it again.
The 2000 post topic was mostly posted by the same 5-6 people.
Just going in circles non stop lol.
Oh dear lord..
The thread.. By posting in it you're helping keep it alive, even if you disagree with the content of it..
That's where "indirect support" comes from.. If you want the thread to die, the best you can do is to ignore it and not post in it..
I literally can't make it any simpler..
It's being spammed with the same posts anyway.
Why are you so sensitive towards it?
You've been declined, get over it :)

Instead of being sassy, maybe you should take a good look on yourself in the mirror because from what I gathered throughout this thread and the last thread, you don't have any valid arguments to support the idea of high elves as an allied race for Alliance.
#Buhuu I'm entitled to get my precious elfis into my faction just cuz.
Get over yourselves already.

Why though? "No plans for the near future" is no reason to stop talking about something. Sounds more like you just want to silence peoples opinions.

Zím you don't have any valid arguments to support the idea of high elves as an allied race for Alliance.
Then I suggest you try reading it again. Because it is most certainly there, and if you failed to see that then it's not the fault of any post or thread.
EDIT: All toxicity gets reported btw.

Reported for threatening me.
I just find it kinda silly that you label comments that contradicts with your beliefs as toxic. Do you even know what it means? Being blatantly honest is not toxic.

Really? Has Blizz come with any sort of statement when it comes to Half-Elves?

Well, that might be because I'm not a "pro-High Elf" guy per say.. I want Half-Breed races, like Half-Elves and Half-Ogres more than anything else..
So, you're just full of manure basically.. Because if you'd even read a tenth of my posts you'd know this..
That being said, I don't come here and troll those who want High Elves.. Why would I do that? If they want to see High Elves playable, who am I to tell them otherwise?
PS: There's several arguments in lore to support playable High Elves.
Almost all of the arguments against are rooted in them being too similar to Blood Elves. Which is a valid opinion to have. But it's no more definitive proof than the arguments for. It's all opinion.
