Ago I read which made guide about 8-11 tiers in Delves rewards
8-11 tier delves are all same reward drop reward 639ilevel as heroic/champions gears, right?
No mythic loot like in 10-11 tier?
From gear perspective there is no difference. But higher delve level drops more runed crests in the end. And 11th delve add additional chest with 7 gilded crests (max 3 chest per week).

Only Champion.
The only way to get heroic inside of delves directly is with a Bounty map in 8-11 (which also rewards another chest with gilded crests BTW), otherwise the only way to get heroic from delves is from the weekly vault.
If my gears all champion type. No mythic gears. Since I’m casual player.
How I can use gilded crests?

With sparks and order-crafting make me mythic gear, right?
In addition to what they other people wrote: Delves dont drop Mythic loot.
When you are doing delves 8+ you get a vault with hero-track options, which need gilded crests for upgrading to the max.

This is correct.
However, their primary use is for upgrading the hero gear (the level between champion and mythic) that you get from the Vault or Delver´s Bounty maps. And especially as a “casual” player that doesn’´t have easy access to gilded crests but only gets the ca 30 /week from delves, I would upgrade all of my hero gear to max before I start crafting myth level pieces. in part also because going frrom 658-661 also unlocks the mythic transmog for the item… and gear only lasts 6 months but transmog is forever 
You still get hero track items from vault and map treasure chest which requires gilded crests to upgrade last 2 levels (last 4 from next week).
That is also correct, you can spend them on crafting 675 items. You get 1 full spark each 2 weeks and you get 30+ gilded crests from delves only per week (21 from 11 delve chest, 10 from map treasure chest).
Here’s my two cents worth: You get 7 gilded crests each week from the first 3 tier 11 delves you do. You can do as many lower tier delves as you like and the gilded chests will still be there for you to do later in the week, if you so wish. This gives you 21 gilded crests per week, which isn’t stellar, but it’s not all that bad either.
Now, the interesting part is that the hidden chest from a Delver’s Bounty map will also have gilded crests and the number of gilded crests depends on the tier level of the delve you do when you open the hidden chest. When you do a tier 11 delve with an active bounty, you get 10 gilded crests.
So, on week 2 of season 2, I was able to craft a 675 weapon on my alt mage, because that mage used the bounty on a tier 11 delve. My main had to wait until week 3 to get a few more crests, because the bounty was done one a tier 8 delve. They both got gilded crests from the hidden chest, but it was only something like 6 for a tier 8 delve.
So, every two weeks, you have been able to craft an item level 675 item, but then you haven’t been able to upgrade hero tier gear to 665. Next week, the limit on crests is lifted and if all your items are at least 658, you will be able to trade 45 runed crests into 15 gilded crests, making it possible to fairly easily get 60 gilded crests per week from delves.
On my Paladin, I left the cloak at 645, hoping for a 649 (hero-1) drop, but didn’t get one. Everything else was 658 or higher. So this week, I have another 60 gilded crests available and I craft a 675 cloak, the paladin is fully 658 or higher and is able to trade 45 runed crests left over from last week into gilded crests. Upgrading the cloak from 645 to 658 would have cost 40 runed crests (thanks to a crest discount). Effectively a 675 item costs 3 * 60 = 180 runed crests (or 60 gilded crests). That’s about two weeks worth of delves, so combining the gilded+hidden chests, you get to craft one 675 item each week (assuming you have the sparks and materials).
If you truly max out your delving, you do all four t11 delves each day, so you do 28 tier 11 delves, which give you 11 * 28 = 308 runed crests, which convert to roughly 100 gilded crests. If I only played the prot paladin, I would probably do that as the delves only take about 15-20 minutes/each even at tier 11. But since I’m playing 4 characters, I’m probably just going to do about 8 delves/week/character.
And P.S.: the number of runed crests you get will also increase with the tier level of the delve, but it’s up to you to decide if you can run tier 11 delves more efficiently and fast enough to be worth the increased rewards (beyond the three delves that give you gilded crest rewards).
I tend to use Wave Scrambler 2000 to get bounty maps early on as I also hold my Great Vault rewards until I have looted the hidden chest (just to avoid duplicate items).
Not much difference in difficulty between 8 and 11 to be honest …mobs have a bit more health is all , i would just spam 11’s, unless you are using brann as tank , he doesnt last too long in 11’s unless you using pet class and bounce agro.
I still wait Brann get back buff tank before stupid blizz nerfed him.
Since other my alt classess like cloth armors needed tank. Brann could longer alive wihout dying fast as 80lvl.
