If one chara unlock all and account-wide for alts recolor artifacts well?
Don’t take this the wrong way but you are one of those people who would benefit using either AI or Google translate. I can only guess what you are trying to say so my answer might not going to be useful for you.
The tint for the hidden artifact appearances can only be earned by the characters who unlocked it. If you unlocked it on retail you have to play on that character. If you managed to get a hidden appearance in remix, in theory you should be able to unlock the tints for world quests and the 30 dungeon runs. However, the tint counter is probably connected to the artifact altar in your order hall which is missing in remix, so I have no idea if this works or not.
Edit: I just got the appearance for my DH. I did one WQ and run a command that checks my progress. It showed 1/200 which means once you unlock the skin and you transmog it, it should unlock everything eventually.
Yes, the appearences are account wide after you unlock them, you just need to do the requirements on the character you got the hidden appearence first on. The looks themselves are account wide after unlocking them, they can be used on any character of that class going forward.
