As per title. I cant see Alexstrasza when attempting to begin the story questline “Ally of Dragons” having reached renown 12 with Valdrakken Accord.
I have tried dropping and reacquiring from the little dragon that approaches you but that does not work. Have tried switching WM on and off to no avail.

Solved myself. Turns out that there is a quest conflict with “To Tyrhold” and this needs to be completed first (despite not being in the same quest chain).
