Cloak is failing. I apply it again and Drakaru is not doing anything. Just standing there.

… you posted in the Classic (lvl 60) forums. You can move your post to the WotLK forums using the pencil icon.
Or even better: make a in-game bug report. Blizzard does not read the forums here.
