I Have a problem with “a conduit for change” i used 1 of the 3 cunduits before i accepted the quest “a conduit for change”. now the q is not finished and i can’t do anything about it. tried some dungones to get an conduit drop. nothing happend. no worldquest for counduits either. can’t realy do ANY sl related content with the char. ticketrespond time is about 13 days.

I had the same bug. Just abandon and retake the quest.

I’ve created a support ticket and his answer is: please restore in item restoration.
I told him its not there, he answered with: “unfortonate”
I’m Pretty much leveling a new Druid right now because Torghast isn’t available for me and I can’t continue with the Covenant Campaign because I switched covenants to fix it, all my investment with this old druid was for nothing to be honest.

We’re aware of and investigating this further currently.
For now it seems this can happen if you socket the conduit before accepting the quest, though as some have mentioned already abandoning and re-taking the quest should solve most issues.
For player where this did not help, please do send a bug report with the details so we can investigate those cases specifically further.

Same here, retake does not help. I created a ticket but got just an auto-generated response to “check wowhead”. I reopened it and waiting again. This is really frustrating and most of the covenant content is blocked.

The blue post above you advises to create a bug report.
This is not the same as a GM ticket, will not give you a reply but instead goes to the Devs/QA team to get it fixed properly. It doesn’t seem GM’s can assist with this one.
I have the same issue right now
I only got 2/3 conduits as a reward, for some reason I didn’t get 3. So I literally cannot progress, abandoning the quest etc does nothing , if a GM could just generate the missing conduit item for me I most likely might be able to carry on as usual. But well… this is most certainly not a fun returning experience :D. Estimated response time 12 days , I feel sorry for the GM’s having to deal with all the backlash…
The bug is still in the game - I had the same problem too . Abandoning and retaking the quest solved the issue for me anyway-
