As the title says, Tyrion won’t let you turn in the Infiltrating the Castle quest required for the Seal of Wrynn ring. I waited there yesterday for a while and have been waiting there for 3 hours today. Not for a moment, I could turn in the quest. The same goes for other players that showed up.
The ring is a massive reward for the Alliance players, and people would like to get it, especially on HC.
