The quest: “Conversing with the depths” is bugged, the orb is not clickable, it just sits there all shiny. At least four players came up with me and tried. The quest is therefore not completable.

TO anyone wondering, quest is still bugged… a total of 14 players came in the span of 5 minutes …

Yeah i can confirm its bugged. Many camped as well on our realm with no luck. Its not clickable
Switching layer seem to fix it
