Quest Directing Arrow Not Displaying on the Environment nor Minimap

I have found a similar topic on US forums but I couldn’t find a similar in here.
Since few days ago, game stop showing the arrow all the time. Sometimes it pops up (when doing events) and another ones (quests or world quests) it just vanishes.
