Quest Disturbance Detected: Black Temple

I joined a group for Timewalking Black Temple.
We entered using the LFR tool. We picked up the quest Disturbance Detected: Black Temple at the start of the raid. We defeated all bosses and Illidan, nobody was able to pick up the quest item.
