I have obtain the relic, wihout having the quest from a grellkin.
After I took the quest, I have killed 6 mobs with moonfire and used it.
The relic disappear from the inventory, but I didn’t learn the spell “Fury of the Stormrage”.
New one doesn’t drop anymore.

check your character screen on “c” you may just have equipt it on your relic spot

I have the same… I did abondon the quest. Still getting inspiration.
But no relic skill
It drops into you character screen in you idol slot click that
