Hello there,

another little bit of feedback.

The portal spawned after killing Lord Banehollow on the questline located in Felwood (Shadow Hold), which is still NOT functional. It has been broken since the launch of Battle For Azeroth, if I recall (For me at least).

Unfortunately support can’t help with bugs. You’ll need to make a report in game:-

To report a bug in-game:

  1. Press Esc or click the ? button to open the menu.
  2. Click Support.
  3. Click Submit feedback or bug report.
  4. Enter the details of the bug into the Submit a bug description box, making sure to follow the guidelines outlined on the submission form.
  5. Click Submit.

Glancing at comments on wowhead it appears this has been broken for some time, the only thing you could try is:-

I cant get the quest.

EDIT:
So I went to a new area and then decided to give it all another try.

At the cave entrance you can get the quest from the original guy who sent you down. He is sat outside the cave with the quest.

Well, this is getting awkward then… for…

I did that… and it sent me here with a link…

Edit: As for the portal. I just opted to run out… I’ve bug reported this before, multiple times, this is the first time I’ve been sent to the forum…

We don’t have a bug reporting forum section on EU, they do on US but you’d have to make a starter account and level to 10 to be able to post.

That I know but I was finding it weird that through feedback, it just dumped me on the forum section selection, nothing else (for EU), so, caught me off guard as I normally am used to a small box in-game for feedback…

If you got sent to the forums, then you clicked the button in the bottom right, and NOT the button in the top left as indicated by Punyelf’s image.
