When i came to OG there is only Sylvanas. And question mark is in the roof of building. Saufrang at all missing.
You’re in one of those phasing nightmares where one quest is putting you in one phase, where you can’t get to the quest target in another phase. Happens a lot in Orgrimmar, with all the different Warchiefs.
One Wowhead comment suggests
check and see if you have completed the Grim Tidings quest chain or the For the Queen quest. After completing one of these, Saurfang will show up where he’s supposed to be for your turn in. Hope this helps.

I don’t know which quest has you stuck in the phase where you can’t see Saurfang, but if you complete it or abandon it, you should snap back and see him.

The problem is i start new character and i dont have any quest related to any expansion in my log. I do only quests near og with South Barrens,North barrens and i did whole elfs location and ghostland. I will keep it until i will go trough BFA…because i want to play story in order it will be long time…

Are you in a Chromie Time yet?
If you haven’t yet chosen a Chromie Time, try choosing Wrath (the quest was added in Wrath) and then Cataclysm.
I tried all of those timelenes. I will first stick with normal quest to make loremaster progress in classic areas and then start wotlk,cata
