The quest “One Small Step For Magic” does not work, it’s bugged. You can’t actually speak to Kyrtos to start the rtiual, I’ve tried everything, relogging, abandoning and retaking the quest, going in and out of heroic mode, out and in of heroic mode/normal mode, turning off addons.
Nothing’s working. This quest is hard-bugged.
The only thing that worked for me was going back the next day. Just abandon and pick it up next day.
I’ve tried even that.
Didn’t work.
That sucks, it’s the only workaround I’m aware of 
It’d be nice if they fixed it rather than us needing to have workarounds that don’t actually work for some tbh.
Same problem here. Tried every workaround I found on the forums and on every external site I was capable of searching, and still no use.
I tried everything on wowhead or the forums for several days now. Nothing works.
Quest is utterly broken.
