Where is the NPC to turn in this quest ??? 2 weeks to complete this quest and now can’t find the npc…
The handin NPC is inside one of the rooms in the vault. The ? seems a bit erratic (for me it disappears and reappears) so just move about the vault and from floor to floor and look out for it on the minimap. Keep in mind there’s multiple floors so if the NPC is not where the ? is on the minimap they will likely be in a room above of below you.
EDIT: The NPC isn’t there every week so you may need to revisit weekly until it spawns again.

The mark ? is always there, so if the NPC isnt there why the mark is there ? Too random to farm keys to turn this quest, i give up.
This week farmed 31 keys, opened all doors and NPC isnt there, but the mark ? yes.
Not gonna farm 29 keys every week to open all doors and check for NPC, lol
