Quest saragosa's end

Hello
I have killed saragosa loads but the quest item is not going into my bag like it says it is and I am unable to complete this quest. what am I missing please help

I’m not sure what exactly you mean.

has lots of comments about the Augmented Arcane Prison, and picking a new one up from Raelorasz; maybe that will help?

Or, do you mean the quest item isn’t in your bag to be clicked? In that case, there should be an ico0m of the item beside the quest in your quest list for you to click.
