Do run dungeon kill boss once one day in account like Love in the air mount?
Or I can spams alts in dungeon one day if luck get scythe skin?
The new Scorched Stave of Cinders and Spire of the Deep Chill, along with the Midsummer Fire Festival Mount Armor and the Crown of the Ice Lord are account-wide first attempt of the day rewards.
With the chance to receiving one of them seemingly stacking with each new day during the event.

That being said, even with the stacking chance with each following day, you might end up empty-handed regardless.

Based on a conversation I just had with a guild mate, the drop chance is per character not account.
You mean I can spams with alts one day for get weapon skins, if it was rng drop?
That’s my take, yes, but Vilral does have a point in regards to Blizzard’s changes to event drops, so there’s that.

It’s off the daily loot bag, so per character once daily.
Blizzard refers to the Wowhead article for it, which tells that the new stuff is a once-per-day chance per account, while the older pieces (Deathfrost enchant/illusion, the Frostscythe of Lord Ahune and the Ice Chip pet) are a once-per-day chance per character.

All players should get this - especially when it’s a limited time event.
Not a one time event though.
